We will gladly accept returns on our full-priced merchandise. Please submit your return request to our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return label.
- Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the order delivery date, past the 21 days delivery mark will not be refunded.
- Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached.
- If the returned items do not meet these conditions, the items will be returned to the customer and the customer needs to provide their own shipping label.
- Shipping and restocking charges (a flat fee of $10) will be deducted from your refund.
- Items that are marked Final Sale are not accepted for returns.
- If the final sale items are returned, the items will be sent back to the customer and the customer needs to provide their own shipping label.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the items in our facility. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and all refunds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed.
We offer free exchanges for full-priced purchases.
Please submit an exchange request at email@example.com with your order number and item(s) that you would like to exchange. If you want to modify or cancel your exchange request, please contact us and we will help manage this process.
- All exchanges must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the order delivery date.
- The returning item for exchange, must be in their original condition and with all their labels.
- After receiving the returned item, the exchange item will be sent to the customer.
- If you want to return the exchanged item, shipping and restocking charges (a flat fee of $10) will be deducted from your refund.
- All exchange returns have the same return policy.
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS
If you received an item that may be damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the defective item within 21 days of the order delivery date. Our team will work to resolve this with priority.
We are not responsible for lost packages once it is delivered.
